Did you ever realise that there is something like a smiling moon? I noticed it first when I was studying in Japan. The moon there looked kind of crooked, like it was smiling down to me. A very fascinating sight.
Here you can see a moon like this only on rare occasions. The moon mostly looks either to the right or to the left side, but seldom up or down. So now, who can tell me why? I want to know. Though the night sky is the same there and here, we see the same stars, because both places are on the northern hemisphere, why does the moon look so different in Japan?
